Here's how it works: we chat in plain English — usually 10–20 minutes — and I quietly build up the pack on the right as we go. I'll ask about the problem, who it affects, what "good" looks like, and a few practical things like who runs it and what systems it touches. You will NOT know every answer, and that's completely fine — I'll park anything you're unsure about as an open question. There's a progress bar at the top so you can see how far through we are.
